Elite Suspension Design is a suspension parts manufacturer based in Ontario, California. Every component we sell is designed, fabricated and tested at our facility before it ships.
We started making parts because nobody else was making them right.
Elite Suspension Design started as a fabrication operation focused on one thing: making suspension components that actually fit, hold up, and do what they're supposed to do. Over 15 years in, that hasn't changed.
Everything in the ESD catalog — air bags and brackets, four-link systems, step notches, control arms, air management — is designed and built at our Ontario, California facility. No overseas sourcing, no white-label parts with our name on them. If it's in our catalog, we made it.
We also take on custom one-off fabrication when no standard part fits the application. That started as a side service and has become one of the things we're best known for — if you have an unusual vehicle, a stretched wheelbase, or a setup that nothing off the shelf will cover, call us.
How ESD operates
Every bag, bracket, four-link, step notch and control arm is fabricated at our Ontario, CA facility. The same people who answer the phone are the same people who built your part.
Because we build what we sell, we know exactly how every component should install. If something doesn't fit your application as specified, we make it right — no questions.
ESD parts are designed for full drop and maximum lift. Not just stock ride height. If a component can't handle the application it's built for, it doesn't go in the catalog.
Standard catalog parts don't cover every application. When your vehicle or setup needs something that doesn't exist yet, we engineer and fabricate it from scratch.
